“I lost my Susie, who was 18, a week before Christmas. She had oral cancer and it was getting worse and her vet recommended Heaven at Home. Dr Katie Tillman came to my house and I was really struggling with knowing if this was the right time. She sat and talked with me, went over other possible options and what those days may look like. She never rushed me but explained how her time left would be and helped me to see that this was the right decision, before she would really begin to suffer. I am so thankful for her patience and kind words during this horrible time. She made sure Susie was comfortable and right with me when she passed and it was very peaceful.
