Absolutely love this office. The moment we walked in, we were greeted with such friendliness. They immediately started complimenting on how handsome my pup was. They were so patient with my very nervous pup. Sara(h) can't remember how she spells it, and Dr Clark were absolutely amazing w my pup. Dr Clark made sure to not put any added stress on my baby. Everyone we encountered there was awesome. Might have to switch vets, they're that great.

Dr. Jelsema's clinic is very special. One thing that sets it apart is the heart of the place, the staff, techs, and Doctors.I love the fact that when you are in the appointment, everything is covered. All of your questions are explored and answered. Then, you are presented with easy-to-understand estimates for the cost of possible and optional treatments. For instance, seasonal allergy and flea control. Best vet experience my boy and I have ever had! Dr. Natalie completely understood my vet reactive staffy right away and was very patient, you can definitely tell she cares!They also have very reasonable pricing and an in house pharmacy which is a bonus.
