Chase and Company reconstructed the subfloor of our family room. The flooring had disintegrated in a large area due to a slider door leak. In addition to a new subfloor, the slider was inspected and it was discovered it was a flawed installation. The slider was reinstalled the right way and caulked to deter leaking in the future.
