This place is awful. My mom went there for over 40 years and loved Vicky and Ed. The new person, Dena is not overly friendly, actually, she is rude. The receptionist is horrible. She is absolutely the worst person I've ever encountered in a business establishment. She treated my 95 year mother terribly. I wish there were minus stars available.

We really appreciate the professional, persevering, and patient care of Dr. Ed, Vicky, Stacey, and Ann (and sometimes Dr Mrs Ed). Anyway the number one full service hearing service matches a person to first class hearing system. Ask about the "streamer" it will really improve your quality of hearing and of those around you!

I think that West Michigan Hearing Services is a very good place to go if you think you have some hearing loss before it gets too bad. I feel that the whole staff takes the time to listen to you and especially that Dr. Ed really listens to you and knows how to ask questions so that he can prescribe the best hearing devices for you, depending on your life style. I have only had my hearing aids one year but the staff encourages me to come back every three months to have them checked and also to see how things are going. They ask questions that lead you to think of things that you may not have thought of that can improve your use of the aids. I also feel good about recommending them because I have every confidence that they will receive the same good service that I have received. Elizabeth Druckrey
