She responded quickly and took great care of my son. We ended up being there until 6:30 to which I apologized profusely. She didn't seem bothered the least bit.“

“I started to come to Bronson because my primary transferred to Bronson from Borgess. All together I was with him for 12 years maybe longer but most my time was with him in this office with Bronson. He's not with Bronson any more but when I met him I was obese, had kidney disease stage 3b, my cholesterol and sugar levels were high, I was also pre-diabetic which other doctors I've seen before at Borgess didn't seem to think to tell me for years till I met well call Him Mr. C. Oh yeah and I was on drugs meth and I smoke cigarettes heavily. Well when I met him I was a mess but he smiled introduced him self and shook my hand. I told him everything and it didn't even phase him. He was like we can work together and fix this. He wanted to help me not judge me. Over the years it took a lot of hard work on my part a lot of research on how to reverse Kidney disease, pre diabetes and I did my part on getting clean it was all about diet and exercise. I also hired a personal trainer. Dr.C did regular blood work and regular Dr. visits to keep me motivated because I was moving in the right direction and every time he'd praise me. If I slide back ward he told me not to be discouraged I could do it keep going. Im proudly now 7 years clean off meth, my sugar levels are perfect my cholesterol is a lil elevated but not to the point when I first met him. Also I haven't been pre diabetic in years. My gfr has been over 60. Gfr is the filtration rate of the kidneys. So since it been in the good zonen for years now so I even have kidney disease off my chart. I also when I was his patient he helped me to get off all nicotine, Yes I did all the hard work but its because this doctor believed in me. He took the time with me to get me better and he did his job as a doctor. At Bronson he had good work ethic. He wouldn't always have his MA message me but took his time to message me himself I suffer from severe anxiety so if I was worried about something that was legit he would send testing in and to ease my mind. He did regular testing to make sure all the meds I'm on which had bad side effects weren't causing harm to my health. He was knowledgable and he had good people skills. Well anyways he is well missed and because he is who he is, he will defiantly be rewarded by his next chapter in life wherever he ends. I had a new primary after it was good for awhile but it just didn't work out. That happens I'm not going to totally downing him he did fix my thumb. I had something called trigger thumb he was knowledgeable our communication was just bad. But Bronson did hire one of the best doctors possible so I recommend coming here. I hope in the future to find a primary just Like Dr.C but he may just be one of a kind. This office is clean the receptionist are nice and they have their own lab. What I do love about Bronson is there health App its called my chart. It has all your health information easy access you can have all your different health care facilities joined to this app so all your providers know whats going on with each other. You can directly message your provider and you can get your test results and it sort of explains them on its own. Plus the Dr. leaves notes explaining them. When you do labs it dosen't take weeks to get them usually the same day or the next. The phlebotomists there I've never had a bad one. I've had ones in the past where half my arm is black and blue. I do like Bronson I have been here for years I will leave it to that. It is a good health care system“
