“Scheduled a spa day for my daughter, cousin, and I. We are visiting from northern VA. We did the halo salt therapy, sauna, and hydromassage
Would have liked a little more info before as to what to expect...so here is a low down for other guests.
Halo salt therapy- you will want to wear shorts and a tank top so the salt gets into your skin and not as much on your clothes.
Sauna - you will get naked and wear a wrap (provided) while in the sauna so your clothes don't get soaked. They will have a wash cloth to wipe off with after, but might want to bring deodorant if you are not going home right after.
Hydromassage - You stay clothed and control pressure and areas of massage. Not as good as a real massage, but still relaxing.“

“I’ve gone to shiatsu massage interesting and had a great experience with Nancy. I’m on my feet all day long for hours a day and I’m getting older and as we know as we get older, the pain gets a little worse. She does an amazing back in lake massage that just makes my muscles feel extremely wonderful and she finishes with hot stones or whatever on my back it just feels amazing. I recommend if you wanna go here he really should ask for Nancy. She is absolutely the best.“
