“I’ve been seeing Brittany for body waxing for nearly eight years, and I’ve also trusted her with my brows. She is incredibly personable, professional, and so detail-oriented. Her work is always precise, and she genuinely cares about making sure her clients have a great experience.
Her online booking system is easy to use, communication is always excellent, and her new salon is absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully designed with such a welcoming atmosphere.
I’m so happy to see her business continue to grow. She truly deserves every bit of her success, and I couldn’t recommend her more!”

“There are hundreds of options when it comes to lash services—but there is truly no one like Heidi B Lash!
The atmosphere in her studio is warm, calming, and exactly what you need to just breathe and relax. Heidi herself is absolutely incredible—gentle, kind, and genuinely caring. She’s not just doing lashes; she’s creating an experience of peace and trust.
Heidi is a true expert at her craft. She takes time before each session to talk through what to expect and offers guidance based on her deep knowledge of what works best. You feel like a partner in the process, not just a client.
Total game changer.
I live in Los Angeles and absolutely love my lash girl—but I’d happily travel all the way to Grand Haven just to lay in Heidi’s chair. That’s how amazing she is. My lashes are “fire” my eyes look amazing because of the lash service.
Thanks Heidi, I will be back!”
