From the moment I stepped into the Medi lodge, I felt happy and welcomed. The staff was friendly and inviting and the building smelled, clean and pleasant. There were activities going on in the dining room and it was wonderful to see residents engaged in enjoying themselves all of the staff appeared, positive and attentive and the residents look clean comfortable and well-cared-for when I reached my mother's room, she was sitting up looking clean, happy and at ease her room was also fresh and well kept overall. I was very impressed with my visit to my lodge and left feeling reassured by The care my mother is receiving.

My mom had a minor stroke and needed extra care to get her strength back, and I was so relieved she landed here. Location is so convenient, parking is easy and nearby. Every area of the facility is clean at all times! Nurses are wonderfully knowledgeable, experienced, and infinitely patient. My mom raves about everything she learns from the physical therapists, she is so grateful. Staff has been so helpful in working with insurance coverage and paperwork. Meals are varied, portions generous, well-seasoned, and always on time. I’m grateful for the kind, personable people and know my mom is in good hands.
My cousin, Anne Marie Mansfield, was here for 2-3 years until she got pneumonia and never recovered from it. She was only in her 50's but she had Muscular Dystrophy and was bed ridden except to shower and go to the bathroom. They were AMAZING to and for her. They included her in all activities even though she participated from her bed. She loved playing bingo and winning prizes that she would share with family members. The staff became part of her family. I encouraged my friend to have her mom come be a resident when it was determined she needed a nursing home due to her worsening dementia. She arrived yesterday ,and was welcomed, and made to feel like this is her home.
