“We initially contacted Werner because my parents used them and were very happy. Cameron came to our house for the quote and was very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. They were able to do the job within a few weeks...which included new roof, soffits/facia and gutters. He was upfront on everything, letting us know that due to the condition of our roof, there may be some extra costs for replacing boards, which ended up being the case. They provided photos to prove the boards were rotted, which was good. Their team was excellent at communication (very important!) letting us know when they were arriving and other pertinent details - and also answered all my questions and accommodated requests. The final price was very close to the initial quote, which is always appreciated. And the icing on the cake is that they cleaned up so well after the jobs! “I contacted Blue Star in 2022 for a roof estimate. It was a great estimate but I needed some time to think. In May of 2023 I contacted BS again and spoke with Isaiah. He was very helpful and very patient. The estimate did increase a little due to material cost rises, but Isaiah was able to give me a great discount and got me very close to the original estimate. After that I spoke with Jason Nail whom I felt very comfortable with from the start. Long story short the crew (Phil and Donnie) did a great job and had it done in 2 days. The workmanship was of the highest quality and they took great care to protect my property and my landscaping from any damage. Phil answered all my questions.
