“Jeff was recommended to us from the guys at Geek Squad after my laptop battery (or so I thought) died on me during the weekend. I am so thankful Geek Squad was honest and said we were better off seeing Jeff, because he upgraded my laptop for me. Jeff diagnosed my laptop issue was the motherboard, and fixed my issue by removing my old hard dive and upgrading me into a touch screen lenovo laptop! I had initially wanted a touch screen but didnt NEED one and wanted to save money, so when this problem happened, a good thing wound up happening.

Instead of waiting 3 weeks, I dropped my laptop off yesterday afternoon and by 3:30 pm next day I had a brand new laptop. You cant beat that.

He also gave us an incredible deal, for an upgrade of a computer. This laptop IS WAY FASTER than my old one. This has seriously changed the way I buy computers. Will continue to bring our computers here for any repairs, and recommend him to anyone.“

“Moved into a new home and worked with Ryan to build out an IT plan which the builder was able to get all the cabling properly run for prior to drywall installation. Once moved in he was able to get our internet and video doorbell up and running in no time including coming out when the ISP did their installation to ensure seamless setup.
