“My seven month old all-in-one would not boot up one morning. I am a photographer so always need access to my files. I took it to Collin at First Class and he was able to access it and save all my important files and fix the thing better than new. I thought for a while my new computer was toast because I had no Bitlocker recovery key, and a friend who really knows computers thought it was toast, but Collin was able to repair it all the same.
