First Class Computers

My seven month old all-in-one would not boot up one morning. I am a photographer so always need access to my files. I took it to Collin at First Class and he was able to access it and save all my important files and fix the thing better than new. I thought for a while my new computer was toast because I had no Bitlocker recovery key, and a friend who really knows computers thought it was toast, but Collin was able to repair it all the same. Needless to say I was very pleased. He is a good guy, I could tell from the start. I'll be back but hopefully not too soon!

During time of pandemic I ordered a high end gaming pc from CLX Gaming. To make this short my pc kept crashing on various games. I needed this problem fixed and after looking online the reviews for First Class was my choice. I was nervous at first cause I was handing over $3800.00 dollar pc to a tech that I didn't really know except just by the reviews. Tech ( forgot his name sorry but guy with beard ) was very thorough in finding problem. He recommended to put the hardware I have in a much better air flow case with better fans and mount radiator at top. I was hesitant at first on his pick of case but I have to say I'm totally and completely satisfied with all his picks...read full review

The guy here is great! Informative, and knowledgeable. Seems to be looking out for you with your best interest in mind. My buddy was having issues with a build and this guy seemed excited to help. Make First Class your Frist Choice!
