Best in class people, from initial phone call to schedule my appointment w receptionist to my convo w the owner Stacey when he returned my call and later his son Cameron the Technician, who was great at articulating the current and potential problems with my furnace, made repairs expeditiously and cost effectively.

Mr. Stazy responded to my call and Cameroon came and checked the appliance and gave clear diagnosis within a few hours of the call. Cameroon informed me of all my options and provided his recommendations. Cameroon replaced the failed motor and put in a temporary motor on his first visit itself - He came prepared. Cameroon and Stazy replaced the entire faulty unit, including the temporary motor they put in, and replaced it with a new unit within 5 days. Both of them were very professional in dealings and are well informed of the appliance they work with and they administered the work very skillfully and neatly. I would strongly recommend this team.

First they were on time and honest with me. Explained the reason for replacement and value of new furnace. Came at night to bring heater to keep pipes from freezing. They truly care about their customers.
