Morgan arrived early, was quick and efficient (even ahead of our timeline) which helped ease the anxiety of the day. She has such a calm and cool demeanor and is so fun to be around. I myself have been going to Authentics for years and years, well last week my daughter came to me and said "mom I need to go see Miss Patty for my hair". This child had one big matted dreadlock type thing in her hair and it took up the entire upper portion of her head. I called scheduled on appt and we went in this past Monday. We had Patty, Karen, and Kelly all working on her head at some point for about 2 hours, they didn't even come close to finishing. Patty told me to come back today, but to work on it while at home. We returned today, and Olivia came in early to help for an hour before her 1st client, Leigh post ponded her 4th of July plans a couple hours ago she could help Patty and then Patty worked for hours upon hours getting these knots out. My daughter was miserable and cried and cried but after about 5 hours ALL knots were out and she had a HUGE smile on her face and a beautiful haircut on her head. Monday we all thought we were going to have to shave her head. I am so so so THANKFUL for these AMAZING LADIES at this salon!!! We couldn't have don't this without you all but especially Miss Patty and Leigh!! You ladies are AMAZING and I hope you both know that!! Thank you so much for everything you did for Haley!!!!!
John is the absolute best! I won't go anywhere else. I make sure to make an appointment and I will wait for him! Everyone there does great work there but I'm very particular about how I like things and he just seems to get me. My 16 year old gets her nails done as well and she sees whomever is available, he nails always look great.

When I first moved to Byron Center in 2020 I went through a few lawn care companies. I have a big hill in the back and it was included in the quote. Each and every one was skipping the back yard or spraying sporadically...and still charging me for it. I was working remotely and saw it. I found Professional Lawn Services by chance. Dave does an amazing job and my lawn looks great. He never skips the hill ? Reasonably priced and I plan on being a long time customer. Highly recommend this company.

The guys just left our house which is a new build and had no gutters before. Chris was our sales guy and was so good with communication and asking questions of what it is that we wanted. The installers came out showed me the drawings to confirm that we were both on the same page. They did this work efficiently and with no disruption to my work schedule in the house.
Afterwards, they showed me different things that they did and explained the why.
They were both extremely professional and pleasant to deal with.

Travis was prompt,fair priced and his work was AMAZING! our home smelled so fresh and clean and he got some stains out and made our space look brandnew! we will definitely be using you in the spring!! Never disappointed after my visits at DK. I’ve had every nail tech in the salon and they are ALL so talented and the sweetest humans! I’m on a color and chrome kick the past few months and they always nail it! 10/10 will always recommend them!
Pleasantly surprised. Open Sundays! I didn't have a wait when I came in at 1 but it got pretty busy after that. Very courteous management & staff which is SO important. Full bar with whatever specialty drinks you can think of for a unique experience. I look forward to doing this for the next night out with my husband. I really loved my hot stone pedi!

Ice dams caused water to backup inside my walls this winter, Tyner and his team ( Trevor, Simon, Melody, Dominic, Bass and Ethan ) did a fantastic job with removing the affected material and drying the areas. They had great communication and knew exactly what to do. They made the whole process of dealing with my claim easy and answered any questions I had promptly and thoroughly. I would highly recommend them!
We had a dog urine soaked rug that we had attempted to clean with a rented rug cleaner without success. Sterk Cleaning did a fantastic job and saved a very nice rug. I would highly recommend them. I will be using them in the future. They also do furnace duct cleaning, that will be my next call.
We just had our carpet and sectional cleaned and are very pleased. Alex and Trenton arrived on time, answered all our questions, and worked hard to remove a wine stain from our carpet. I had seen prior reviews about carpets being soaked after cleaning and this was not our experience. We will use them again!
Tuff Turf aerated our lawn and did a great job! Communication was great and they gave us plenty of heads up as to when they were coming.

We highly recommend Matt and Steve and their company. We have been using them for many years and they are excellent. If you have any concerns, they are quick to respond. Their application process is timely, no burn marks, and we have a great looking lawn. You definitely get what you pay for.

Matt VanderLaan did fantastic work on my broken tooth yesterday. He also found the beginnings of two small cavities that won’t show up on normal X-rays. But he and his staff were very thorough and could show me on film what was hidden on my past X-rays.

I've never been a fan of going to the dentist, but Snyder Family Dentistry is the best one I've dealt with. From cleanings to scheduling fillings/crowns, and getting insurance quotes, they do a fantastic job. I also just had my first crown with this office (5th crown total with 4 from other dentists), and this was by far the best experience I've ever had getting a crown. From making sure I was comfortable during the procedures, to making a great temporary that gave me zero trouble (not even cold sensitive), and the permanent crown has been the same great experience. Friendly, knowledgeable staff that cares. Thank you for the great ongoing experience!
