update: Courtney is amazing!! She fixed my nails free of charge and relieved a ton of pain I was experiencing from fake nails. I left super relaxed and with beautiful nails!! Your experience truly depends on who is working on your nails. I was set to never return but they won me back! "First few times I had a great time with friends getting our nails done. Came in last week expecting a relaxing, fun experience and the same nails I previously had - it was shocking how mean and frustrated the lady doing my manicure was. Absolutely ruined my opinion of this place as I left more stressed than going in. She rushed the whole time, got visibly angry when I wanted to see more than one color nail palette and yanked them right out of my hand saying she couldn't help me find a light pink for French tips. I was about to pull out of the parking lot and was so bothered by the polish not covering the nails completely after paying $120, I came back inside and asked for her to fix it as I already drove a half hour out of my way for this specific salon. The 3 girls I like to get nails done with and myself are looking for other salon alternatives. Even if workers are stressed, there is no need to be rude to paying customers and ruin what could be their only break from a difficult week. I've had cancer twice, I don't have patience for this place any longer and don't feel comfortable giving them my business a 4th time. Subpar manicures might be excusable if they didn't treat customers like crap. Guaranteed my working conditions are a lot rougher than yours...if you don't like your job don't take it out on the customers, find a different career."
