Gary, the owner, immediately sent Jeff out to fix a skylight leak. Jeff did an excellent job, placing shingles so the roof looked consistent, and the skylight is now leak-free.
I am a neighbor of a customer that just had a complete roof tear-off and replacement. I just want to say how impressed I was with the speed of their work! They brought in a huge crew, the tear off was done in probably less than an hour and completely redone in time for lunch. I will definitely keep them in mind when I'm due for a roof!
Our representative for a complete roof replacement was Kevon. Kevon was amazing to work with he was patient professional and represented Oakes Roofing as well as anyone could. Oakes Roofing is very fortunate to have Kevon representing them. The crew that did the roof replacement was absolutely amazing!. I called five of the top roofing companies in the area and Kevon‘s presentation was absolutely the best that it could be! After the job was complete, Kevon‘s follow up was second to none, he came back to our home and sat with us and explained all of the charges on the bill and the final bill came in less than his initial quote, unbelievable!!
