He is very knowledgeable and offers fair prices. The roofing crew is fast and efficient, ensuring prompt service for all jobs, big or small. Coty, their quality control person, is often on site to verify that everything is done correctly. Clients have expressed satisfaction with the quality of work and highly recommend Bruttell for roofing needs, whether for a repair or a new roof installation. Bruttell made the process absolutely painless with no hassle quotes and quality work. Adam, one of the supervisors, was very professional and friendly, came out with sample colors, and gave them an approximate date when the roof would be installed. The crew was here at 7:30 am, very professional, and worked non-stop on a very warm day, completing the job by 8 pm. They had excellent clean-up as well. Adam came back to inspect and made sure they were happy with the job. The rep explained everything up front over the phone, and within a few days, one of their roofers called to see when they were available. Bruttell's crew pulled through for their family and them.
Matt was great to work with, he provided a very reasonable and straight forward quote for my entire roof replacement. I would recommend Bruttell to anyone looking for roof work. Only reason for taking away one of the stars is portions of the metal flashing/siding were damaged during the roof replacement. Matt was also able to get me connected with a brick mason to take care of some chimney work that I needed done(again at a very good price).
Bruttell roofing did a great job! Adam, one of the supervisors, came out with sample colors (didn’t know there were so many different colors). He was very professional, very friendly. Gave me approx. date when roof would be installed, called 2 days before installment. Crew was here at 7:30am, very professional. Except for lunch & a short afternoon break, they worked non-stop on a very warm day. Mild rain started about 5:30-6pm but they kept working, job complete by 8pm. Excellent clean-up as well. Adam came back today to inspect plus had a metal detector looking for any nails (found 4). Made sure I was happy with job.

I really enjoyed their process for scheduling a roof repair. The rep explained everything up front over the phone, I filled out a form, and within a few days, one of their roofers called me to see when I was available. I had a difficult time finding anyone to fix a small leak in the middle of summer, but Bruttell's crew pulled through for my family and me. I'll definitely be using them again.
