I had a garbage disposal problem over the weekend and instead of making us wait, or blowing us off, he made suggestions on how we might fix the problem ourself. and, IT WORKED!! He could have passed on us and it could have caused us grief and hundreds of dollars by someone else who wasn't willing to help us understand and have the patience he gave us!! I hope we run into him sometime so we can thank him personally. You're an amazing human being Mr. Kirk Landefeld!!“
