This is one of those companies you can DEPEND ON TO DO A GOOD JOB AT A FAIR PRICE.I don't give reviews like that lightly. Everyone we have worked with there has been on top of it and they know what they are doing. Recently our water flow dropped dramaticallt. Jason was on the scene and got to the bottom of it Right NOW.Bravo Russell.

Had called this company twice for my parents and each time been Great and Wonderful !!!First was with Rod to clean and relit the furnace pilot ,,, Thank You, Rod !and this time for a new Water Heater with Nathan, Coolest guy ever and super sweet and did a fantastic job !!!Thank You, Nathan !!!I know with heating that I highly recommend ?

Had a flood downstair, the push pump had stopped working. We made several calls to area businesses and only got answering machines or no answer. Called Russell's someone actually answered the phone. The guy was here the next day early, got the problem fixed pronto! Thank you so much.
