Communication was fluid from request for estimate, to scheduling and to assessment of the problem, through to billing. Kirk was more than willing to talk me through the stages of troubleshooting, locate hard-to-find parts and work with me as a customer and not just a job. I never felt like I was in the dark; he always took the time to explain and respond to my messages.
