Very caring , polite ,made sure I understood what they were replacing and why. They made sure I would be ok after they left and if needed to call again for help before my parts they ordered could be replaced on Tuesday. Bad on names, but these guys were great. Thank you
The tech that came and did my daycare inspection on my water heater and boiler furnace was very polite and honest. He told me after going over both that they are both in excellent condition and nothing needs repair . (We had them installed 4 years ago) usually a tech will tell us oh you need this checked out or that checked out when we know they are brand new. He was very friendly and didn’t mind our dogs at all.
Once again, excellent service. They got here earlier than scheduled.....did an exceptional job, and got our a/c back on track. Can't say enough good about H&H.
Thank you so much!!!
