H & H have been a delight to work with. We wanted a zoned or damper system installed in our HVAC system to better balance the whole house, and Brett has been FANTASTIC to work with. Not only did they not charge us a service fee (as other companies did to simply come out to quote something) he also gave us some practical solutions to try ourselves before spending the money on an upgrade. It is shocking to find a company that actual cares about their customers even if just a potential customer. I will be from now on using them for anything I need for my HVAC system. They have already earned my trust!
