“I've been working with Bill Straub and he's very good at watching every move I'm making and giving me just the right comment while I'm doing a stretch or motion, to help correct me - right while I'm in the middle of it. This helps me remember how to do the move properly when I do it at home. That's huge in my mind! My daughter, Jill Rinkel worked at the MAC when Bill was there many years ago, and she is now a certified Yoga Teacher in Northern Ireland. I'll definitely work in a massage with one of the staff here this year also. Haven't had a bad meal everytime we visit.

The pool is so wonderful for adults & children. However the bell for kids to get out 15 minutes before the hour rule is a bit of a challenge for parents. There are very few adults who actually stay in pool.
