I train with Nikki who is so patient with me. Some days I can hardly move from osteoarthritis and Nikki has helped me manage it better. The facility is clean and well organized too.
Smaller gym, slightly bigger than the East Lansing location but still feels a little cramped. Luckily there are rarely more than 5 people there at a time. Good variety of equipment and machines. Biggest issue is they don't have staff when their hours claim to be staffed... How is my girlfriend supposed to get a membership if you aren't going to staff your office?
I signed up with Chelsea as my trainer and I couldn't be more pleased. The whole staff is amazing and helpful. Taylor and Mario are great. Everything is clean and in working order.
