“I enjoy the friendly and clean environment. Every time I come in, I am greeted by helpful staff. The trainers are non-judgmental and make a program that works even for a beginner that is intimidated. I can confidently work out after the trainers showed me how to use the equipment and helping me find the right settings to best suit my body and my needs. The black card benefits are amazing and being able to go to other locations is so convenient. Now wherever I am, I can fit in a work out and meet my goals. I'm very happy with my membership. It has helped me lose over 130lbs this year!“
