When I was there going through the initiation process and they were showing me around the gym there were two young guys that came in and said you have a security camera. I had stuff stolen out of my car and I have to make a report and then some other weird stuff came through the front door and I was just like no don't think so. Don't wanna work out here. I didn't feel safe.

-False advertising: Went to check out Crunch Fitness, and signed up for the free day pass as advertised on their website. Went there only to discover that the "marketing team made a mistake" and had to pay $10 for a day pass, despite the email in my inbox for my "free" pass. Red flag number 1 -Uncleanliness: Upon entering, the machines looked fine and not worn down. However, the wipes to clean the machines after use are small paper towels and half of the spray bottles were empty. Additionally, upon accidentally dropping my phone on the ground, it came up covered in dirt, hair, and who knows what else. Very un Profesional staff. I tried reaching out to the owner and managing members to resolve my issue of being over charged for the services I signed up for. They would not help and suggested I not pay and see what happens when it goes to collections....Will never do business with this franchise again.
