“I cannot say enough good things about this company and Michael Tweedie! I had a small flood in my basement from the a floor drain backup where the condensation line and humidifier drain. I was panicking. I called ZPlumberz and from the minute Ashley answered I was met with so much patience, she was super sweet and said she could have someone over as soon as he wrapped up at another job. Within 4 minutes I got a text that Michael was on his way. He was there immediately as he wasn’t far. I cannot express how polite, patient and willing to go above and beyond Michael was. He fixed the issue and spent time showing me and walking me through every single step he did to fix the problem and make sure I had complete peace of mind before he left. He even helped me dry up the floor! I am beyond blown away by all of his help, his work and everything about his demeanor. I am also really impressed by and so grateful for the great price they charged me!!!! I will definitely recommended this company and use them again if need be for anything in the future!!!
