“I took my dog to them after not believing another emergency vet. The people we polite and compassionate. My dog was passed being able to recover. The staff informed me of this after a quick look at my best friend. They didnt try to run a bunch of tests knowing that the health impacts were not recoverable. This was was first time visiting and without treatment but I believe this to be an honest place.“

“Yesterday my daughter and I took her 11 year old dog to Dr Holly at the Parker Veterinary Hospital. I have never in my life experienced a more caring veterinarian. My daughter called the office and was given an appointment the same afternoon. Upon arrival we were immediately taken to an observation room. After being interviewed by a very nice employee Dr Holly saw us within minutes. It was my first meeting with Dr Holly. I immediately was impressed by the way he talked to us regarding the possible outcomes. He explained the possibilities in a caring manner. He talked about experiences with his own pets. After tests results showed that her dog had terminal cancer he explained the options. Never once did I think that his priority was how much he could charge her in this emotional situation. I currently do not have any pets but if I did, there would be no other veterinary clinic that I would consider for services. I cannot thank Dr Holly enough for everything that transpired.“

“Troy and Heights have been my trusted veterinarian for some time now. I recently had an opportunity to meet Dr. Williams. She is, simply stated, just wonderful. Her skill level is obviously pretty stellar. She was so good with my cat, took an ample amount of time to examine him, explain everything to me and address all of my concerns. It is rare to have an experience where you feel an innate trust with someone so quickly. The staff is always friendly, SO kind, so professional. They consistently go above and beyond each time I come in. They have, on more than one occasion, made time for my pet when I know they are incredibly busy. The facility is always consistently clean, they always provide me with the absolute best options for my pet, then we work from there. I cannot possibly recommend them more. They are a professional, compassionate veterinary hospital. If you are a pet parent, you know that placing your trust in anyone to care for them can be tough! But, If that is what you are looking for, I urge you to consider allowing them to care for your pet.“
