“I was in need of a bit more than just a routine eye exam and had an excellent experience at The Eye Institute two years previous so started the process of getting my appointment scheduled.
This was the start of a great experience.
I checked in and was processed at the front desk quickly and then called back to start by a very competent young lady explaining what we were going to do and preparing me to see the Dr.
So far so good!!
My Dr was young to my eyes but very thorough in his assessment and approach.
I was instantly comfortable with him and he worked thru the process calmly and competently.
It was a great experience again and I appreciated his knowledge.
I’m pleased to say I’ll be continuing my patient experience with this practice for the foreseeable future.”
