Guys - the last several years I have gone to Warby Parker for my glasses each year. I have GREAT vision insurance (their frames are only $98 a pair, out the door, with lenses). With my insurance, I’m usually reimbursed for over 95% of the cost. I ordered the blue light filtering on a pair, and I got a second pair for more formal outings. There was a bit of a mixup, and I ended up with the filtering on the wrong pair. But their customer service agent Nichole responded within minutes - I have another pair on the way, and I can keep my glasses until I get the new ones. HOWEVER - the sales associate was super friendly, helpful, and took my frames I didn’t like within seconds and sanitized them, it’s my own fault after trying on a bunch of different frames. Their customer service is seriously top-notch. I haven’t ever left an optical without spending a ton out of pocket - much less had this type of customer service. If you’re looking for a new pair of glasses, or even a backup pair, I highly recommend them!
