Jim was absolutely great in helping my wife and me pick out a new pair. He was the balance of professionality and good humor, allowing us a certain distance and freedom to make our own decisions but also affirming and commenting as needed, keeping it a human experience. He also went out of his way to meet some tricky needs, for which we remain deeply grateful.
Dr. Weston is great.What is not so great, is this ridiculous text message system that confirms or cancels appointments. I received a text from an unknown number on a Friday evening regarding my upcoming appointment. I didn’t recognize the number, so I ignored it. Come to find out, if I didn’t respond to the text in 24 hours my appointment (which was scheduled a year in advance) it was cancelled.And it was.Called to get back on the schedule and I was able to but a phone call or voicemail would have been appreciated before you officially canceled my appointment .
I really like this place. The staff has a very positive vibe from the time you arrive. They are thorough, organized and take the time to discuss your personal vision needs. That is unusual service today.
