I was a patient here a few years ago when I was a student at Michigan. They were the only place near me that accepted my insurance, made CRT lenses, and offered services at a reasonable price. I called to set up an appointment and they were very knowledgeable about my insurance and set me up with an appointment very quickly. The only other place that offered CRT lenses and accepted my insurance was trying to charge me over $1000. When I called the office of Dr. Steven Lutz, I asked for an estimate for my CRT lenses, and it was around $300-500, which was MUCH MORE reasonable and the same amount I had been paying at my old eye doctor in high school. Restful pleasant open waiting area. Competent pleasant support staff. I was attended to as soon as I arrived for my appointment. Eye specialists know their jobs and are experts and pleasant. A very happy nice experience in all ways.
