“Hot yoga, great practices for all levels. I was coming here for a short while in 2022 and recently started coming back in 2024. They have added so many new classes, and I love it! Lots of different options from gentle flow to power flow, meditation classes and different kinds of special events. This place is beginner friendly; the instructors are warm/welcoming and offer variations for every pose, and most of all feels like a safe space for people of all kinds.
