“Kent called us to let us know he was on his way. He then took his measurements and then explained the process along with payment options. He then answered all our questions. The whole time having a smile on his face. Felt like I was talking with an old friend.“

“We had our old asphalt shingles replaced with a stone-coated metal roof. The project was completed within 2 days after it was started. The crew was excellent and took great pride in their workmanship. They also made sure everything around the perimeter of our home was spotless. Although the project was just completed and very pricey, we couldn't be happier with the result. One big concern we had was how loud the roof was going to sound compared to our old roof when acorns fall and hit it. After several days of acorn strikes from our very mature Oak trees, we can honestly say there is little or no difference in how loud the sound is. Make no mistake, this was a very expensive project, but it's nice to know that when our time comes and this house is passed on to our children, they won't need to be looking at any roof repairs for the foreseeable future.“

“Smart Roofing Systems did a roof repair for us about four years ago and they were great so when it came time to look at replacing the roof about six weeks ago we wanted to make sure to have them give us a quote. We had three companies come out, all with good reviews. When the quotes came back, we were happy to see that Smart Roofing Systems was so competitive. They were actually close to $20k less than one of the more well known brands in the area. Fast forward to this week. On Monday, they began our the job. We have a large ranch with a three stall attached garage, two stall detached garage and a pool house. I'm writing this review on Wednesday at 11 a.m. and they are just wrapping up. The cost savings and timeliness are fantastic but what really stands out is the quality of the crew. At the end of each day, the they cleaned up everything, not leaving a nail to be found. They are also very polite and respectful, making sure to not work too late into the evening when we were home. Our new roof looks beautiful!!
