“I had my roof cleaned in early fall, over the winter there were a few spots David was not happy about when he drove by so he contacted me again and set up a time to come by and re-clean those spots to his standards. I am very happy with the work he has done, my roof looks as good as the day it was installed. My neighbors have even stopped by to comment on the roof and how nice it looks. “Just over a year ago we had an illness in our family. Ya’ll came out, talked to one of the homeowners about the home, and what needed work. The individual here discussed the condition of family’s illness with the contractor, other homeowner wasn’t physically fit to leave the house at that time. The worker, he understood and shared a personal story allowing compassion and thought.

We now have lost that person shortly later. The work was amazing, timely, and twice they came to complete some touch ups.

“Smart Roofing Systems did a roof repair for us about four years ago and they were great so when it came time to look at replacing the roof about six weeks ago we wanted to make sure to have them give us a quote.
