No leaks! Tried hard to schedule things, communicate, and adhere to schedule. Crews are subcontractors which was a little disappointing. Payment terms are only 7 days which is pretty tight turnaround unless you want to pay with a credit card.
Summit Point roofing did excellent work in replacing our roof. They were the only company we had an estimate from that went into our attic to check about ventilation difficulties. After the work was done, a small problem was found, also in the attic, with a loose strut. They came out and repaired it quickly. I am very well satisfied with their work
and highly recommend their customer service as well.
