Not one to be easily impressed or satisfied, but starting with sales rep Josh Dillon who arrived at the house right at the time arranged; on down to the installation crew who were also on time the duration of the job, then add the quality of the product, and I would highly recommend Erie for metal roof systems. I've been finding a lack of professionalism in the trades for several years, Erie restored my faith that it still exists, just have to know where to look...look no further!My thanks to the entire Erie team for a great experience.Services: Roof installation

I bought some windows from them 12 years ago. They did a great job installing them, and their windows are amazing. Absolutely love them. This year I decided to get the rest of them done. I called them back, they came right out and priced out what I needed. They told me years ago they had discounts for returning customers, so I asked about it. He said absolutely, 1 year ago or 12 if you were a customer of ours you get a discount. They installed my basement windows one day, and the rest the next. Still have a great product, still did a great job installing them. They cleaned up all dust, nails and other trash and took the old windows too. Highly recommend.

I was very happy with the the roofing work Erie did for me. They had to tear off the roof and replace sections of wood before putting the new roof on, and they got all of that done in 1 day! Scheduling is a lot easier than other construction projects I've tried to get done who have 6 month wait times, my roof was done in a month.Services: Roof installation
