“Howard did a great job. First of all he was prompt which I greatly appreciate. I had set up an appointment for only one issue but, unfortunately, before he arrived, I found two more issues. Howard had no problem with that, explained what he was doing and worked very efficiently. He was both professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend Howard and HomeWiz.”
“Jerry’s is great! I called with a small emergency on Tuesday and they had a tech, Trevin, here by Wednesday afternoon. He arrived within the window that they had promised and was very professional. Was easily able to diagnose what was going on and had the equipment to make the repair. Very pleased.”
“Mike;
We wanted to take a moment to express our sincere appreciation for the exceptional service you and your team provided during the installation of our new air conditioning system.
From the very beginning, your knowledge, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident. What initially appeared to be a challenging installation was handled with expertise and efficiency, and we were truly impressed by your ability to coordinate every aspect of the project.
Given our need to leave town by noon on Tuesday, we were concerned about the tight timeline. The installation began at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, and thanks to your efforts—including arranging for the subcontracted electrician to come on board promptly, the entire job was completed by 11:00 a.m. Tuesday. That level of coordination and dedication was remarkable.
Your employees were outstanding, Mike and Garrett went far beyond our expectations, demonstrating a work ethic and level of customer care that is increasingly rare.
Having worked with numerous contractors over the years, we can honestly say that this experience was a breath of fresh air. The professionalism, communication, and commitment shown by everyone involved made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable.
Please extend our thanks and congratulations to the entire team. Their hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed, and they should be proud of the outstanding service they provide.
With sincere appreciation,
Casa Bella”
