Given our need to leave town by noon on Tuesday, we were concerned about the tight timeline. The installation began at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, and thanks to your efforts—including arranging for the subcontracted electrician to come on board promptly, the entire job was completed by 11:00 a.m. Tuesday. That level of coordination and dedication was remarkable.
Your employees were outstanding, Mike and Garrett went far beyond our expectations, demonstrating a work ethic and level of customer care that is increasingly rare.
