I cannot say enough about these wonderful people. Our A/C has been broken for over a week. Not a big deal for us, but our brand new rescue dog, who arrived sick from the shelter, was having a very hard time with the 80+ degree temps in the house. Our previous company was giving us the runaround: terrible communication, "can't get the parts", etc. We called Garrett-Pillsbury, who already takes care of our Plumbing and Heating. Long story short-Brendan, one of the nicest and most talented young men I have ever met, came and had it up and running in an hour and a half. Needed to upgrade our hot water heating capacity and shower plumbing (a major upgrade). The assessment of our needs was spot on. The prices were competitive and the selection of options was outstanding. Their team was punctual and professional at every level - from the site visit to assess our needs through installation. I am low on heating oil. So I called to ask questions about my next schedule of the heating oil with auto refill and schedule for furnace clean/ tuneup. I am glad to speak with Leeann. She is new, nice and knowledgeable. She can pull out my account and get the solution right away rather then directing me to speak with someone. I had bad experience before when I contacted the company for info. The person I spoke before who was not helpful My heating oil was delivered the next day. Thank you Leeann
