Shout out to Rachel (service)! She got my desperately needed part during this cold winter. Pushed the supplier, then parts, had a technician work over time to go and get it. Installed it on Friday after 4:00. Kept me updated. All so I would have heat for the weekend. ... 25 yrs downeast energy customer.

Very responsive. We’re customers at two properties — one on #2 fuel oil, one on propane. Overall, we’ve been extremely happy. One or two billing issues over 20-yrs, but these were successfully resolved,. Maintenance programs are a good value. Strongly recommend Downeast Energy..

Your customer service is excellent. They’re very knowledgeable and considerate. Oil deliveries are timely. Your service techs are awesome. They come when scheduled and respond quickly to fix critical issues, such as no hot water.
