Alesha and Andrea went above and beyond our expectations in resolving an issue for us. Alesha facilitated communication among numerous people to ensure that the problem was resolved in a timely fashion. The delivery and service staff were incredibly responsive. Andrea helped to make sure that the problem wouldn't happen again and set up automatic delivery for our convenience. I highly recommend Dead River Propane for your fuel and service needs.

Dead River has exceeded my expectations in terms of providing both courteous & prompt service whenever needed, but also in demonstrating they really care about maintaining a great reputation in the community by working tirelessly on getting things done right regardless of how tough the job/how late at night they get called out or holidays. Impressive company!

I had an emergency propane leak situation and called after hours. The answering service was helpful and a tech was dispatched quickly. Dan, the technician who fixed the situation, was thorough in troubleshooting, communicated and explained what was going on, and provided excellent service.
