“I would not recommend that anyone do business with this company. First install floor was squeaky, second attempt still squeaky and cut walls removing waterproof design. Third attempt installed a stronger floor and no longer squeaky. This was over a 3 month period. The did not seem to care and manager acted like we should just accept it. “The tech showed up on time, was polite and professional. He wore a mask while talking with me and booties over his shoes. He explained repairs that were needed but I didn’t feel like he was pushing or doing a hard sell. I agreed to repairs and and am happy with the work.
