Portland Renovations completed the full remodel of our circa-1870 home over the course of two years—a project made more complex by the fact that we had a tenant on the third floor and lived in the house ourselves throughout the work. Bob and his team were dedicated, adaptable when plans changed, and took real pride in their craft. Absolute first class, from start to finish. Portland Renovations handled our East Bayside renovation and addition, starting with the creation of a thoughtful and beautiful design, through a complex city permitting process and managing the entire building operation. We couldn’t have asked for a better design/build firm. Not only does Bob Van Wert, Portland Renovations’ owner, oversee and drive that process with efficiency and skill, but he communicates with his clients clearly and consistently.
