“Eric and his team did a fantastic, high-quality job remodeling a 1980s condo that we bought as a vacation home. We are extremely happy with the results and the experience of working with them. Among the work we requested was opening up the small galley kitchen and adding more cabinets and countertop, remodeling the existing bathroom, installing a second bathroom where a walk-in closet was already primed with plumbing, and reconfiguring the laundry closet. Eric and Dean listened carefully to what we wanted and made great suggestions, and we appreciated details they brought up that we had not considered. As we lived out of state, Eric kept us updated by email or text, was quick to respond when we contacted him, and was always available to meet with us whenever we visited.
