“communication was excellent ... from the portal to the telephone to the front desk. the pa and the doctor were great and pointed out something i needed to take care of, as well as resolving the issue for which i made the appointment. my doctor was not available for an immediate appointment, however another doctor was and all was better than i hoped. my first time in gorham, since i transferred from the portland location, and i'm very glad i made that decision.“

In general I wasn’t super happy with the care; I felt like often my concerns were sort of breezed past and I wasn’t given a lot of information/resources to understand my diagnosis. I was about to switch to another healthcare facility but then I had an appointment with Molly Lodigiani-she was incredible! She really listened, did not make me feel judged at all, and gave me a lot of great information as well as set up appointments at other facilities for me. Definitely go see her! (I’d give her specifically 5 stars, the 4 is because of Intermed in general).“
