Ignored my complaints about about doctors years ago. Has ignored me calling and reaching out multiple times and instead of communicating with me they send me a letter out of the blue. Martins point practices can go suck something. They've never been good and have never cared about their patients good riddance. Iwas switching anyways. Its incredibly hard to even get Apts because of them losing doctors left and right. The office staff has always been nice. And very few of the doctors. Don't have any family emergencies tho that's when they won't put it in the file and when they count it against you even when u called and said u were fine.
Drove 45 minutes to arrive and be told my appointment needed to be rescheduled. This has been my doctor’s office since I was a child and I’m genuinely done and disappointed. Hour long waits, being bounced from different doctors because all of the good ones leave (red flag), and once you’re finally seen you feel rushed and unheard. Time to move on and follow my previous doctor.
I have been a patient of this practice since 2008. I received a notice over the summer that my doctor was leaving and that my family was being placed with another provider in the office. Both my children were placed under an MD. My husband and I were placed under an NP.. I had a phone conversation with my doctor before she left and requested that we all be placed under the same provider. Fast-forward several months, I started getting calls and text messages that our scheduled physicals had to be cancelled and when I called to reschedule them, I was told that my family had not been placed under the same medical doctor as requested that they had kept my children with...read full review
