We were pretty nervous about our kiddo having his first hospital experience (even though it was a very minor procedure), however all the staff made us feel right at home! They were all very professional and explained my options, when to expect results, and a short primer on what the possible out comes are. More importantly, they laughed at all my jokes which is important for a person who uses humor as a coping mechanism. I would highly recommend them if you to need a fine needle biopsy of your thyroid... their needles and precision are the best.“

“Wow, what's with all the bad reviews? I have not ever had to wait more than thirty minutes. People's ideas of what qualifies as triage may be entirely different from what triage is. A hang nail is not considered a triage emergency.If you are unhappy, go the hell somewhere else next time. Go to the ED department at any hospital and see how long you have to wait when you might spend 3-5 hours or more crunched elbow-to-elbow with hundreds of people, who really don't need to be there.Brighton Quickcare has an incredible team of dedicated doctors, nurses, and technicians who care for people.So get over your belly-aching and crying and take your hang nail somewhere else.“

“I've been going to Intermed for 21 years. I find the doctors, np"s , pa's do an excellent job. Has everything been perfect. No, but all in all I've received excellent care. All of the people I've interacted with are of high quality. I feel lucky to be a patient there. This is the only practice where the staff called me because my blood pressure was high at the last appointment and told me to take it every day for 5 days and to report back to them what the readings were. This has happened twice in the past 8 years. This is a practice that truly takes care of it's patients. Dr. Wendy Cathcart is the best doctor I've ever had. Is the billing dept. perfect, no but the medical staff is close to it. They are a busy practice. That' s why it's hard to get a fast appointment at Intermed, unless you've got something relatively serious and then they've gotten me in that day or the next day. They are a Quality practice. That's why they have thousands of patients.“
