Last year we had a hot water heater installed by PP&H and it works perfectly. Last week our 38 year old furnace inevitably let go for good. I called PP&H on a Friday morning and they still squeezed us in to come check it out that day. My husband and I let them know we were leaving for a trip next week and there was an immediate need to get a new one. Richard got us the quote later that night and on Tuesday AJ started the install.
