Had to rush in late tonight with our cat and the staff was amazing. They kept me calm over the phone and were very supportive. By the time we got there my cat was asymptomatic but they were still great about doing a thorough exam and tests. The whole team was very kind and inviting and I love that the vet explained everything they did and all my cats results in a way we could understand.
We’re so grateful for the excellent care we got on a midnight visit this week. Our black Lab mix had worrisome GI problems. The team worked quickly and efficiently, and Dr. Vagt actually advised against expensive X-rays and bloodwork in her case. Maddie is doing great!
Friendly, fast, efficient, and forthcoming. Staff was great, care was top notch, and they didn’t try to overcharge or rush us thru the process for after hours care. Clinic was clean and had a wonderful vet on duty!
