Based on the reviews, Gold Star Cleaners offers a pleasant and nostalgic experience. The staff is extremely kind, calm, patient, and very friendly. They provide basic human respect and greet everyone with warmth and a smile. The business has a warm atmosphere with easy to use machines, a soap machine, and a bathroom that requires a key. They offer free wifi and a range of washer/dryers depending on load size. They take debit cards and also have a dry cleaning service. The service is fast, with reasonable prices. However, many of the washers always smell like mildew, and they have gotten in excess with prices. There is not much seating. Some highlights include a very nice staff who helped a customer who was short a few dollars and gave out drier sheets. A customer also tans there because the booths are always clean.
My husband, toddler, and I had the most pleasant experience doing our laundry at Gold Star Cleaners. I have not been to this laundromat before, and admittedly asked the attendant many, many questions. She was extremely kind, calm, and patient with me.
Being here brought back some very fond memories for both my husband and I. We both haven’t been to a laundromat that reminded us of our childhood homes in many years. Both of us, respectively, got waves of nostalgia enjoying the warm atmosphere and watching the other patrons interact with each other, and us, with such kindness and warmth.

I tan here. Their booths are always clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. I did also use them to clean my large, heavy winter comforter. The service was fast, price reasonable and it came out great.
This place is pretty simple, just really your standard run of the mill laundry mat. But like, you don't really need anything fancy to wash your clothes.
They do offer free wifi and a range of washer/dryers depending on load size and semi-recently started take debit cards instead of just change. Honestly, with it just being a simple laundry mat, this place is fantastic. I've never done it, but they also have a dry cleaning service too. Highly recommend coming here if you need your laundry done.
