“I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a massage session with a new (to me) therapist, Aurora Heart Massage. Katherine is phenomenal. From the serene and beautiful space, to the environment she created, I instantly felt comfortable with her. She took the time to discuss my needs and preferences. She was also very intuitive with her massage. She seemed to have an innate understanding of where tension and stress was in my body, even before I pointed them out. She even pointed out a few tips to help me at work to avoid further discomfort in my neck/shoulders. She has a perfect balance of pressure and checked in often to ensure I was comfortable. I also attended a sound bath which was a TOTALLY NEW EXPERIENCE. I had no idea what to expect. In full honesty, it was at first weird, but her technique was skilled and also incredibly soothing, which allowed me to experience a state of deep relaxation, unlike anything I have ever experienced. It took a few minutes for my brain to relax, but once it did, it was a beautiful experience. I would recommend the Sound Bath to anyone who just needs a pause in life. I would wholeheartedly recommend Katherine to anyone looking for a massage therapist that goes beyond the ordinary, providing a truly transformative experience.
